Playlist :: I Hate Running
That's not totally true. Sometimes running can be so meditative and freeing. It's a great way to let go of a plan and just move and observe. Observe through smells, sounds and feelings. The setting comes by fast and yet so slow. It's truly a time to allow the thinking brain to turn off in my head and follow my breathe, the music in ears and the beat of my heart.
Even after all of that. I still hate running :)
