Healing Holiday Turmeric Tea Recipe

Healing Turmeric Tea Recipe

This holiday season I can’t get enough of warm drinks, soups, socks and sweaters. I’m totally embracing socks and sandals with pride this year. I think it's actually cute!

Bring it on Winter, I’m ready.

My Healing Turmeric Tea recipe is warming, healing and detoxifying! It can be enjoyed for breakfast, midday or satisfy an after dinner sweet craving. I prefer to have mine as a little midday pick-me-up.

Be sure to use fresh ingredients so you’re getting the most healing from these nutrient-rich foods!

1.    Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

2.    Pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

3.    Drink immediately.
